Not from what I heard, but just go down to your TV shop and check it out, get them to put on a DVD which has the same effect.

Can anyone tell me if theres any shadow effects with this model. From looking at my mates telly (toshiba not panasonic) it really would bother me especially with slow moving images.

I have seen many nice telly’s in my time but the TX32LMD70 is one of the nicest on the market. In this case you definately don’t get what you pay for, you get a whole lot more.

People would still be banging stones together for entertainment if it wasn’t for change. I say lets go for it. Analog picture qualtiy is terrible anyway.
Feel sorry for th old people though. THis thing must be wrecking their heads.

Agreed, the sound quality is outstanding but I have to say the Sharp LE37XD1E knocks this telly for six.

Moffix, congratulations on the purchase.
From what I know;

1. PiP should work when there is more than one signal being input from two different sources.

2. HDMI and DVI-D should be the best, and I’ve read that quality can get a little worse after 5 metres or so. Connecting two cables together can also make the quality worse, so one big cable is preffered.

I just got one!
But I got two questions since this is my first LCD TV and don’t know much about them. I hope you can help me with them.

1. I read on lot of offers in the net that it have PiP in it.. so how do I start it? Can I only use it if I got other media running (DVD/Game console)?
2. With what cable do I get better quality from connecting it with PC? DVI-D/HDMI, S-video/S-video and from how many meters of the cable does the quality start getting worse?
